Admission Requirements 

Parents are required to pay registration and full week of first week of tuition in order to be admitted into the school.

Parents must also supply immunization forms (or affidavit against immunizations) for their child within 5 days of enrollment.  

Tuition Fees
All fees are due the Friday prior to the next week of childcare. The parent is

still responsible for childcare payment (half of regular tuition) whether or not

the child is present in the facility. This includes holidays or vacation weeks.

Annual Registration - $100.00

Tuition rates increase by $25 annually.

Initial Registration is 100$ which includes the following:

• Screen-printed Uniform Shirt

• Personal Blanket and sheet for cot

• Administration Fee

Hours of Operation

The hours of operation for Success Souvenirs Lakewood Heights Location will be yearly January - December of current calendar year from 7:00 am until 5:45 pm, Monday through Friday.

ALL CHILDREN MUST BE AT SCHOOL NO LATER THAN 8:55 AM  

Students who report after this time will not be permitted without a doctor’s excuse, or some type of advance communication. No students are permitted into school after 10:35 am.
